Oh gawd, this took WAY LONGER than it should have.

I only did this because I needed to design some winter clothes for Locke for round 2, and this was the only way I could do it.

So yes, Locke made all of his outfits himself. Of all the outfits he's made, his Mudkip trunks are his favourite creation, even though they were the simplest ones to make. His greatest regret is being too lazy to get creative with his 'jammies. XD
